Both our water and cocktail glasses went empty before we saw Tyer again. Salad arrived (before break, water or cocktails), then bread (halfway through or salad - about when drinks arrived), then Scallops. Then he came by and asked what I was having again (think he was high on something) - and we placed our food order. We waited over 10 min after sitting before Tyler came over. Granted we had late evening reservation (but there were still folks there). Beware Grand Tower elevators are super slow only 3 5. Missed opportunity by front desk, as we were first time visitors.
Rooms are nice, but we didn't get a pool view stayed on top floor. Check in was a breesze and they accomodated a noon checkin.Thank you! We were in the grand tower (recommended as it is close to pool and all activities). Tipped in 20 bucks to keep our ice chest full -yet never saw him again. Poor experience Sam, the private area person who helped us select our reserved louges.
Few of note that were above the average, Joshua in the mexical restaurant and Toma Harmon by the pool (adult). When was the last time you got on an elevator and folks said Hi and starting talking. Having been to Vegas so many times, thought we would give local a try.
